As a Bar and Catering Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides excellent customer service within the bar and restaurant areas. Reporting to the Bar and Catering Manager, you will be part of the team committed to achieving the highest standards of hospitality for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations and health and safety requirements.
What you will do:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, creating a positive first impression;
- Take orders and serve food/drinks, maintaining high standards;
- Learn and remember all menu items to benefit guests and work effectively;
- Prepare the restaurant/bar for service;
- Present a professional personal image to customers;
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness by following routines set by the Bar & Catering Supervisor;
- Handle payments at the end of each shift;
- Ensure all equipment is safe and compliant, reporting concerns to the appropriate manager;
- Keep the bar and restaurant areas safe and report hazards to the Safety & Compliance Officer or Manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and qualifications in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service;
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly.
