Job Description
About Entain's Enterprise AI Team
At Entain, we're transforming how a global entertainment leader uses Artificial Intelligence at scale - across customer experiences, operational efficiency, risk management, and strategic growth. Our Enterprise AI team builds the next generation of AI products and platforms that power decisioning, experiences, and competitive advantage across the business. We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager reporting into the Head of AI, to lead a core AI product area with strategic impact. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with ownership of AI product vision, roadmap, and value delivery. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Data, Risk & Compliance, and Business Ops to drive AI innovation that delivers measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategic roadmap, and execution plan for a core area of Entain's AI portfolio - whether platform, tooling, or end-user experiences.
- Translate high-level business goals into AI product strategy and measurable outcomes, securing alignment with executive stakeholders.
- Identify how AI can materially impact key business metrics (e.g., revenue growth, engagement, efficiency, risk metrics) and prioritise accordingly.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, user research, and ideation through delivery, iteration, and scale.
- Write and own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Maintain a strategic yet pragmatic backlog, prioritising ruthlessly based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and other Product Owners to ensure a unified, omni-channel, scalable approach.
- Lead and influence without direct authority, driving cross-functional alignment and shared ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to build strong product business cases, shape go-to-market considerations, and support adoption strategies.
- Develop deep understanding of stakeholder and customer needs across core business areas (e.g., Core Products, Sportsbook, Gaming, Internal Platforms).
- Use data and qualitative insights to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and optimise product performance over time.
- Actively scan the AI/ML ecosystem for emerging technologies, competitor trends, partner opportunities, and novel approaches that can accelerate value.
- Champion experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning as integral parts of the product process.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience owning complex digital or data/AI products - ideally with 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI related product management.
- Track record of leading products from concept to launch and scale, with clear business impact and measurable success.
- You have successfully shipped AI/ML products before.
- You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand the "logic" of AI-how data, models, and user feedback loops work together.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into structured strategies and executable plans.
- Experience in writing clear, structured product documents (PRDs, roadmaps, success metrics) and leading teams through execution.
- Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML capabilities, models, trade-offs, and the technology landscape - you can communicate effectively with technical teams without necessarily being hands-on.
- Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret analytics, define impact metrics, and use evidence to guide prioritisation.
- Exceptional communication skills - you can persuade, align, and influence audiences ranging from engineers to senior executives.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery in an agile environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- A bias for action, resilience in ambiguity, and comfort operating at the intersection of business, technology, and data.
