Sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment is changing, and we're leading that change by putting people first. As part of our Security Management Centre (SMC) team, and as SMC Support, you will report to the SMC Manager and be part of a team whose duties include:

  • Providing telephone support and assistance to our Ladbrokes and Coral shop colleagues, as well as Entain office and stadia colleagues, during and post incident, responding to these incidents in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring the correct level of contact is made to Operational and security teams to ensure full support is provided to the colleague/s.
  • Carrying out weekly Safety checks of Ladbrokes Coral shops and highlighting any areas of concern, which may come in the form of CCTV audits, procedural audits, phone surveys or data analysis.
  • Providing assistance to the third-party ARC when required, ensuring the relevant reporting is completed.
  • Using the ServiceNow software, recording incidents in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensuring all incidents are correctly graded and that incident notifications land with correct stakeholders.
  • Monitoring company premises and property using installed security and protection systems.
  • Controlling and monitoring access to premises and property dealing with unauthorised access.
  • Monitoring and downloading CCTV to assist with internal and external investigations as required.
  • Viewing and downloading CCTV footage to ensure interaction and expectation with External authorities is met.
  • Complying with GDPR.
