Job Description As a Product Manager you will be responsible for playing a key role in building our global products and own end-to-end delivery. You will bring a deep understanding of user’s needs, adept at identifying opportunities, refining your roadmap and collaborating across design, engineering and data. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Sports Betting product team, who provide our Commercial teams with the platform to win in every market and super‑charge our growth. Horse racing experience would be highly desirable for this role.
What you will do:
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver a world class product, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
- Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies.
- Ensure accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design.
- Drives product metrics that demonstrate impact for our customers and our business.
- Collaborates closely with leaders from various departments, including marketing, compliance, commercial and legal, to ensure requirements are considered, challenged and evaluated.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing sports betting products from concept to market, especially horse racing.
- A solid understanding of sports betting products and UK betting & gaming regulations.
- Experience working on digital consumer apps.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Adept at user‑story writing, translating data and insights, to build great products.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well‑structured, data‑informed narrative.
