Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for helping shape and execute the strategic agenda across Entain's Americas and Southern Europe markets. Acting as the link between strategy and execution, you'll work closely with regional leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, support investment decisions, and drive initiatives that improve financial performance across a diverse portfolio of markets and brands.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will be part of the Americas & Southern Europe Strategy Team, partnering with leadership teams across regions including Canada, Brazil, Italy, Spain and Portugal. You'll lead high-impact strategic planning projects, develop commercial and growth strategies, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with teams across Digital, Product & Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales to turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

You Will:
Strategic projects: Lead high-visibility, growth strategy projects by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling and synthesizing conclusions to be presented to internal executive leaders and functional leadsOperational execution: Lead development and implementation of plans to operationalize strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning across the regionPartnership management: Provide strategic guidance to and support engagement with key external vendors (e.g., sports and media partners, suppliers, agencies)Market & competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risksBusiness performance monitoring & optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to develop and implement structure to evaluate and optimize performance. Data-driven insights: Both oversee and analyze data to derive business insights in order to guide strategic decision-makingThought leadership: Leverage externally obtained knowledge from both inside and outside the industry, providing thought leadership and a growth perspective to the organizationConnect with broader org: Proactively lead and facilitate the flow of ideas and information within the broader companyQualificationsYou Have: Strong undergraduate degreeExtensive experience in strategy consulting, ideally at a top tier consultancy (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, OW, Kearney) with 6-10 years post undergrad or more than 2-3 years post MBAAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguityKnowledge and ability to apply business frameworks (e.g. value chain, competitive forces, core competency analysis)Proficiency in Excel & data analysisProficiency in business writing and verbal communications, including delivery of presentations to executive business leadersStrong levels of project management and operational executionStrong interest in betting, games, media, technology, and entertainment industriesFluent English speaker; Spanish / Portuguese a plusAdditional InformationBenefitsAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire you.
