Job Description
- Lead or support global compensation projects such as the annual Compensation Cycle, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan redesign.
- Ensure excellence in design and delivery, including developing guidelines and participating in HR/management discussions and coordinating related communications.
- Lead allocated team resources efficiently and effectively (may include leadership of cross-functional teams).
- Work closely with the Head of Compensation in developing, implementing, and evaluating company-wide compensation strategy, policies, programs and pay structures based on industry best practice to ensure Entain is competitive and compliant.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Resourcing to advise on offers and pay decisions.
- Build strategic reward capability within Entain both within the Business and across the HR community by designing and/or delivering interventions and providing advice and coaching to others.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation-related queries and projects.
- Conduct market analysis using salary surveys and benchmarking tools.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Maintain internal controls, governance processes and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Create clear and effective communications.
- Play an active leadership role within the Reward CoE and across HR, including the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff.
- Manage relationship with relevant vendors. Ensure effective vendor selection and vendor governance.
Qualifications
- Depth and breadth of experience in Reward and experience of designing and delivering solutions in area of expertise.
- A track record of working in an in-house reward team in an international context.
- A track record of leading cross-functional Reward projects.
- Analysing/modelling Reward data and using it to form recommendations.
- Experienced in job evaluation, market benchmarking, preparing compensation recommendations, designing and managing pay ranges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

- Influencing skills.
- Curiosity and ability to challenge and question with confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships.
