Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Analyst to help build and evolve the Performance Marketing Analytics reporting and analytics domain, specialising in Affiliate Marketing. You'll play a key role in creating and maintaining the reporting suite and the key analytics that powers marketing, attribution and Affiliate performance across Entain's global brands. Working closely with Data Engineers and business and marketing stakeholders, you'll develop trusted data sets, integrate data from multiple marketing and business systems, and ensure you deliver a reliable and quality marketing analytics portfolio. Your analytical work will directly support data-driven decision making and investment optimisation across our performance marketing and affiliate activities. As the team evolves, this role will increasingly drive our AI strategy — helping us build next-generation marketing intelligence capabilities on top of the Snowflake AI, in Paradime and PowerBI and Sigma reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Analytics
- Analyse affiliate performance across multiple global brands, markets, and products to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver day-to-day analytical support, providing actionable insights to optimise affiliate performance and support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators including revenue, CPA, ROI and player value.
- Produce ad hoc analyses and deep dives to identify opportunities, investigate performance changes, and support strategic initiatives.
- Dashboarding and Reporting
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve affiliate dashboards and reporting suites across PowerBI and Sigma, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable performance reporting.
- Develop automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across global affiliate reporting.
- Produce regular performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Ensure reporting frameworks remain fit for purpose by reviewing metrics, introducing new visualisations, and driving best practice.
- Data Manipulation and Coding
- Extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets using SQL and other analytical tools to generate business insights.
- Develop and maintain robust data models to support affiliate reporting and performance analysis.
- Validate data quality by identifying and resolving discrepancies across multiple data sources.
- Utilise BI and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Sigma) to automate reporting and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Affiliate, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Data teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for affiliate reporting and performance analysis.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews by providing timely analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Essential:
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or closely related roles.
- Expert-level Snowflake proficiency and SQL skills with a strong command of advanced analytical patterns.
- Expert visualisation skills and report and dashboard building, preferably in Power BI and Sigma.

- Stakeholder management and working across multiple performance streams in the business, up to director level.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with shifting priorities.
