The Midweight Designer will deliver standout creative concepts and executions for 360 campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires working closely with the design team and wider organisation to produce innovative solutions for both global and regional brands, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. This role is part of the team’s ongoing growth, providing the opportunity to influence high-profile campaigns and make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
- Design creative for 360 briefs across digital, social, web, CRM, OOH, and retail.
- Develop fresh, innovative designs that elevate brand identity.
- Provide creative solutions for through-the-line communications, both print and digital.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Present work confidently to senior creatives and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Digital/Graphic Design.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple global brands.
- Excellent typographic skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a flair for design.
- Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills in English.
