- Advise on high-profile business initiatives including new market entry, operating model changes, acquisitions, restructurings and other transformation projects.
- Identify, assess and manage international tax risks and opportunities, supporting audits, enquiries and complex tax matters across the Group.
- Monitor global tax developments, translating technical changes into practical recommendations that drive effective business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Transfer Pricing and external advisers to deliver innovative, efficient and future-focused tax solutions.
