As a Payments Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our external payment providers ensuring commercials are competitive and that we are benefiting from all potential features and functionalities offered.
Reporting to the Head of Payments Relationships or a Senior Payments Relationship Manager you will be part of our Payments & Compliance team who are responsible for contract negotiation, issue resolution and stakeholder management.
Monitoring performance of providers to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Payment Relationship Managers to produce monthly packs by markets/regions to illustrate the performance of the region (deposits, withdrawals, fees) and provide key insights to the business.
Provide input and guidance to the ongoing development and updating of our standard operating procedures and processes ensuring a consistent level of performance and quality.
QualificationsYou Have: A track record of Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
