As a Finance Business Partner you'll work closely with leaders across Retail Operations, Property, Procurement and Corporate Functions, helping them understand performance, manage costs and make informed decisions.We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on building relationships, influencing decisions and turning financial insight into action. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Financial Management, this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team where you'll have real visibility, meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape how we partner with the business in the future.Key Responsibilities include:Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challengeLeading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activitiesAnalysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making a meaningful impactSupporting cost optimisation initiatives and commercial decision-makingTranslating complex financial information into clear recommendationsDelivering reporting and insights that improve business performanceQualificationsYou don't need to come from betting and gaming. We're interested in finance professionals who can bring commercial thinking, curiosity and strong stakeholder management skills.You'll likely have:Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting in a large complex business.Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experienceExperience in influencing and challenge stakeholders at different levelsProven experience analysing large volumes of dataAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systemsA professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or exam finalist.Additional InformationBenefitsAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire you.
