Key Responsibilities
- Lead Privacy Adoption Initiatives: Drive the implementation of privacy‑by‑design principles across business processes, systems and change initiatives to ensure privacy is embedded in day‑to‑day operations.
- Oversee Training Design and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, relevant training.
- Manage Company‑Wide Privacy Communications: Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel communications campaigns (e.g. newsletters, Viva Engage, infographics, guidance, awareness days, and in‑person engagement) to elevate the profile of Data Privacy and foster a strong culture of Data Privacy compliance.
- Own Executive Reporting and Board Communication: Coordinate and prepare high‑quality reports and communication decks for key stakeholder forums, including the Audit Committee, Sustainability & Compliance Committee, and Group Risk Committee, ensuring data, insights and messaging are accurate and aligned.
- Monitor and Report on Adherence: Track adoption and adherence to Data Privacy frameworks and obligations across the business, identifying gaps and supporting teams to close them.
- Engage Cross‑Functional Stakeholders: Partner closely with other teams (such as Legal, Product & Tech, HR and comms) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on Data Privacy requirements.
- Support Privacy Culture and Awareness: Lead or support internal campaigns, initiatives and engagement activities that build a proactive and privacy‑conscious mindset across all levels of Entain.
Qualifications
- Background in data protection, compliance, or cultural change within complex, multinational or regulated environments.
- Experience with leading the preparation and coordination of high‑quality reports and board/leadership decks for senior stakeholders, including risk and audit committees.
- Strong experience developing and delivering engaging privacy or compliance training.
- Skilled in creating and executing omnichannel internal communications strategies to raise awareness and drive behavioural change.
- Sound understanding of key data protection concepts (e.g. GDPR, privacy by design) and ability to translate them into practical, accessible language for a wide range of audiences.
- Comfortable working with varying functions and teams to deliver aligned and consistent messaging and engagement.
- Ability to develop dashboards, track KPIs and produce impactful reporting on adoption, training and adherence for senior stakeholders.
- Experience planning and executing structured initiatives, training rollouts and communications campaigns to time and quality standards.
