Job Description As an Application Security Principal, you'll provide expert-level guidance and leadership, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving technical excellence, and influencing security best-practices across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Application Security, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, design and implement robust security solutions for applications. The role requires a person with outstanding technical foundations and a development background that has experience in conducting application security assessments and is able to interact with development teams to resolve the identified issues.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in a similar lead/advisory Information Security position.
- A customer-oriented person, with the ability to educate and influence a technical audience on Application Security matters.
- A solid software development background, with any of the following - Java, C/C++, C#, Perl, PHP, Python.
- Knowledge of major frameworks and support libraries (SPRING, OSGI, ASP.NET, etc.)
- Strong experience in the following areas:
- Application security assessments, testing & test automation.
- Security Evaluation & Functional Testing.
- Penetration testing.
- Requirements Management.
- Agile Development.
- Vulnerability management.
- Continuous Improvement.
