The Head of Design will play a pivotal leadership role within our in-house agency, driving creative standards, innovation, and performance. The Head of Design will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-impact integrated campaigns operating across all our UK based brands. The Head of Design will work to ensure the team operates at pace while maintaining creative integrity. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate insight into award-winning design across multiple touchpoints.

The Head of Design will:

  • Set the creative vision and act as brand guardian across all global design outputs
  • Lead and inspire a team of design leaders, driving high standards across static and motion
  • Champion AI adoption, embedding tools that enhance creative speed, insight, and quality
  • Deliver strategically grounded design concepts from ideation through to execution
  • Partner with stakeholders to elevate creative output and drive measurable business impact
  • Implement best practice processes to scale design delivery across multiple brands

Qualifications

The Head of Design will bring:

  • Proven experience leading large, multi-location design teams across multiple brands
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, integrated creative work
  • A genuine, demonstrable curiosity about AI and its role in design, not as a gimmick, but as a tool that can unlock better, faster and more ambitious creative work
  • Expert knowledge of design principles, including typography, motion, and digital execution
