Group Head of Ethics

b Overview /b p In this role you drive Entains global ethics and compliance programs, focusing on anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and training. You’ll shape governance, policies, and risk appetite in partnership with the legal function. You will lead a culture of ethics across the organization, oversee monitoring and committees, and ensure audit readiness. This position offers strategic impact across a regulated, international business and opportunities to influence how compliance supports growth and integrity. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li regular bonus /li li pension /li li hybrid working /li li 25 days annual leave + bank holidays /li li wellbeing and development days /li li life assurance and income protection /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Set and implement the global ethics agenda, supervise local policy adoption, monitoring, and dashboard reporting. /li li Develop and monitor a robust ethics and compliance system across the organization. /li li Foster a culture of ethics and compliance and lead a capable team to meet future needs. /li li Identify and communicate affiliate compliance risks, maintain risk registers and action plans. /li li Advise business stakeholders on local risk assessments and risk management. /li li Lead anti-corruption, procurement compliance, conflicts of interest mitigation, and anti-trust efforts. /li li Design and execute transactional testing, invoice testing, and vendor scope to ensure propriety. /li li Deliver regular compliance training and provide updates to the Deputy General Counsel and committees. /li li Ensure audit readiness through proper record keeping (minutes, decisions, training records). /li li Engage with regulators and government agencies on ethics and compliance programs. /li li Provide subject matter expertise for internal investigations into fraud, corruption, or code of conduct breaches. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum of 10 years experience ensuring compliance with laws /li li Proven track record building a culture of compliance in a highly regulated, international environment /li li Experience across governance, ethics and compliance with focus on anti-corruption and other criminal offences /li /ul ul li leadership /li li strategic thinking /li li stakeholder collaboration /li li governance /li li ethics and compliance program design /li li anti-corruption /li /ul
