Overview
Entain is a leading sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment company. We create odds for a wide range of sports and events and offer opportunities worldwide, available 24 hours a day. We are looking for individuals who bring energy and insights to a dynamic, challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers and ensure departmental KPIs are met.
- Create and settle non-feed driven sports and markets.
- Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed correctly, accurately and efficiently.
- Manage Master data for Trading systems – template/league/sports/team creation.
- Feed mapping.
- Compliance for all US and RoW labels and accompanying processes; activation of new labels; blacklisting and whitelisting of Masterdata units.
- Recommend new technical enhancements to keep up with key competition.
- Raise issues to relevant support teams.
- Adhere to departmental SLAs.
Qualifications
- Passion and knowledge for US sports and all sports in general.
- Relevant experience within the betting industry.
- Understanding of key policies, procedures, products and terms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Flexible with working hours, including night, evening shifts, public holidays and weekends to suit business needs.
- Pro-active and a self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
