Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be a vital part of the Entain family, providing top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our vibrant Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you\’ll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. The salary is Β£12.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Promote safer gambling practices.
- Take bets on various sports and events.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
- Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work towards targets and goals.
- Maintain high shop standards.
- Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 10 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will be approximately 30 hours, comprising long opening and closing shifts, shorter evening shifts, and will vary weekly. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We prioritize work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.

- You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly.
