Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? Do you enjoy forming positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. In our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you\'ll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers\' needs.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers and build rapport to encourage repeat business.
What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Promote safer gambling practices.
- Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
- Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work towards defined targets and goals.
- Maintain high shop standards.
- Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will be 20 hours, comprising a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. As a key holder, you\'ll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.

- You must be 18 years or over to work in our betting shops.

- Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
