As a Social Media Customer Service Agent, you will will respond to Customer requests for betting odds received via Social Media Channels, check if they are available on the website and if not, generate the odds using a Bet Builder tool before responding back to the customer. You will work on a variety of brands and requests. Reporting to the Social Media Team Manager, you will be part of the Customer Service team who are responsible for the care and protection of our customers globally using a wide range of technologies and working across various teams. - Take a proactive approach to understanding which bets are available on the website for daily sporting events.
- Liaise with the Trading Team to identify if requests for odds outside of those advertised can be provided to customers.
- Recognise players requesting multiple odds combinations and raise to the Social Media Team Manager.
- Monitor competitor Social Media traffic to spot trends in betting activity that could provide potential markets for Entain.
- Communicate any service related messages to the Customer Operations team.
- Identify and escalate any potential Responsible Gaming triggers displayed by customers on the social feeds.
