Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops to lead the Shop team, deliver outstanding service and drive standards daily.
The role is part-time at £13.00 per hour, with a 16-hour week and shifts Monday–Friday 5pm–10pm and Saturday–Sunday 8am–10pm.
You will handle customer interactions, process transactions, open/close shops and help promote our products while ensuring a great customer experience.
