Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to drive service standards in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, delivering top customer service daily. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat custom.
Salary is £13.00 per hour. Shifts run Monday to Sunday 8am–10pm depending on location; typical rota is 16 hours weekly with a mix of opening/closing shifts, provided four weeks in advance.
