Entain Group is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the shop team, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
Reporting to the Shop Manager you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.
Salary is £13.00 per hour. Our shops operate 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, with a typical weekly rota of 30 hours including a mix of opening/closing and shorter evening shifts.
