Part-time position in the Retail Shops department with an hourly rate of £13.20. As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will play an important role in delivering top customer service and driving standards daily in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat custom.

What you will do:

  • Take bets on different sports and events.
  • Process customer transactions including cash handling.
  • Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Work towards defined targets.
  • Maintain high shop standards.
  • Open or close the shop.

Work patterns:

This position requires availability from Monday - Friday 5pm - 10pm and Saturday, Sunday 8am - 10pm. Your typical weekly rota will be 16 hours, varying week to week.

Qualifications:

  • You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
  • Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
  • Confidence working with customers in person.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
