Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.

You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.

You will manage a 20-hour weekly rota with shifts including early and late, while maintaining friendly service, cash handling, and product demonstrations.
