Entain Group, a leading sports betting and gaming company, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to drive customer service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will lead a shop team, take bets, handle transactions, demonstrate products, and resolve customer issues with empathy.
Shifts from 8am to 10pm across Monday-Sunday; typical rota is 15 hours weekly, with a mix of opening/closing and evening shifts.
