Entain in Ramsgate is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, joining the Shop team and serving customers to build repeat business.
The role reports to the Shop Manager and requires availability on weekends and evenings. You will take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products, and maintain high shop standards while opening/closing the shop.
