Entain Group is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Manager for our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.

You will deliver top customer service, take bets, process transactions, and help grow repeat business while maintaining high shop standards.

Shifts include Friday 5pm–10pm and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

You’ll be a key holder supporting opening/closing, with a rota provided four weeks in advance.
