Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service standard in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team delivering great service and building customer relationships.
Salary is £13.00 per hour, with shops opening 8am–10pm across locations. The role includes a 20-hour weekly rota with varied shifts, and a strong focus on targets, shop standards and customer satisfaction.
