The Senior Reward Associate will deliver operational excellence, advanced analytics, and play a key role in multiple strategic projects across compensation and international mobility. This role is for someone wanting to work in a fast‑paced and evolving environment with exposure to high‑profile initiatives and opportunities to input into decision‑making through providing data‑driven insights, process and policy improvement ideation. This position will also support the delivery of reward initiatives and mobility with broad opportunity to work on technology, design, analytics, process, and policy.

What you will be doing:

  • Analytics coverage options include single, couple, family, or single parent family.
  • Eligible company‑funded annual 360 Health Assessment.
  • Voucher for free annual eye examination.
  • Option to loan a bicycle and safety equipment tax‑free.
  • Wellness reimbursement programme (up to £700 annual reimbursement for wellness related expenses, e.g., gym memberships, massage, etc.).
