Enstar Group seeks a senior leader to establish the Group Exposure Management function, delivering a consolidated view of underwriting exposure across geographies and lines. You will lead a technical team, partner with underwriting, M&A, reserving, capital modelling and reinsurance, and report to the Group CRO and Risk Committee.
You will shape governance, data standards and modelling approaches, drive portfolio steering, and ensure robust controls for tail and correlation risks.
