Enstar invites applications for its Capital Modelling Graduate programme, a two-year structured development track designed to rapidly build actuarial and modelling expertise. You will work alongside experienced actuaries on Lloyd's Internal Model, BSCR assessments, and capital analyses while pursuing professional qualifications and benefiting from seminars, projects across functions, and mentoring. Upon completion, you may receive an official role within the Capital Modelling team.
