The Role
As the Head of Electrical Engineering at Enspec, you will:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the electrical engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems, ensuring innovative and practical applications that meet industry and client standards.
- Strategic Direction: Develop and execute the technical strategy for the electrical engineering department, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Provide strategic input and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement, integrating the latest technological advancements and methodologies in electrical engineering.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects and systems adhere to relevant national and international specifications, standards, and regulations, particularly in the renewable sector.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring all products and systems meet stringent quality and safety standards, including ISO certifications.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee thorough testing and validation processes for all electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet technical and safety requirements.

- Deep understanding of electrical standards and regulations, both national and international.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
