Who are we?
At Ensono, our purpose is to be a relentless ally, disrupting the status quo and enabling our clients to Do Great Things. As a trusted technology adviser and managed services provider, we help clients navigate continuous change and embrace innovation.
We deliver world‑class digital, data, AI‑enabled, hybrid cloud, infrastructure, mainframe transformation, identity and security, and cloud‑native solutions. Our work helps clients simplify complex business challenges, modernise at scale, and unlock new sources of value.
Headquartered in the USA and backed by private equity, Ensono continues to grow year on year, with a strong track record across the UK and Europe and ambitious growth plans ahead.
About the role
We are looking for strategic, enterprise sellers to be at the forefront of Ensono’s growth, winning some of the most complex and transformational deals in our portfolio.
This is a quota‑carrying senior sales role, focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and initiating and closing multi‑million‑pound digital transformation programmes. You will sell across Ensono’s end‑to‑end digital portfolio, including digital engineering, data platforms, AI‑enabled solutions, security, cloud, infrastructure and modernised mainframe services.
The opportunities you lead will typically involve large‑scale, multi‑year programmes, delivered through multiple agile and scrum teams, often spanning several technology domains and business functions.
You will own and orchestrate the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle for high‑value, strategic pursuits — from early‑stage advisory conversations through to deal closure — working closely with C‑suite stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and co‑create outcomes‑led solutions.
Success in this role comes from your ability to operate as a trusted adviser, shaping executive‑level conversations, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing enterprise‑wide transformation deals that deliver measurable business value.
What you’ll bring to Ensono
- A proven track record of winning complex, multi‑million‑pound enterprise deals across digital transformation, data, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services.
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise new‑logo sales, ideally within digital, technology consulting, or large‑scale transformation environments.
- Demonstrable experience selling multi‑tower, multi‑scrum‑team programmes, rather than single‑solution or transactional deals.
- Strong background in complex sales and strategic bidding, including leading large RFPs, commercial negotiations, and extended, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
- Credibility operating at C‑suite and board level, engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs and senior business leaders as a trusted partner.
- A consultative, value‑led sales approach, with the ability to shape transformation roadmaps across digital, data, AI, security, and cloud.
- Strong understanding of the UK enterprise market, with established executive networks and experience navigating large organisations.
- Commercially astute, with experience of pricing models, contractual frameworks, governance, and risk in large transformation programmes.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead executive‑level conversations.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a consistent track record of exceeding growth and revenue targets.
What we can offer you
We offer a place where you can strive, grow, and make a genuine impact — working on high‑profile, challenging transformation programmes that shape the future of our clients’ organisations.
As a people‑first business, we put inclusion, learning, and collaboration at the heart of everything we do. From internal events and competency meet‑ups to hackathons and global community groups — including Beautiful Brains, HERO, E‑Vets and more — we’ve built a culture where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
Our benefits include
- Highly competitive salary
- Prestigious sales and broader team recognition, including Annual Presidents Club
- Company equity incentive plan
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 with service)
- Half‑day leave for your birthday
- Sabbatical options at 5 and 10 years’ service
- 5 days study leave
- 1 day charity leave
- Competitive pension
- Private healthcare for you and your family
- Enhanced parental leave
- Life and income protection
- Payroll giving
- Coaching and mentoring opportunities
- Additional perks including gym discounts, cycle scheme, EAP and more
If this all sounds great, we’d love to hear from you!
