They are continuing to grow their high-performing technical team and are now seeking a DevOps Engineer to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, product-focused environment where you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that underpins modern, scalable platforms used by global clients.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and optimise cloud infrastructure, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and able to scale as the platform evolves. This role offers real ownership across infrastructure and delivery, with the opportunity to shape DevOps practices, improve deployment pipelines, and contribute to the overall performance of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, high-quality deployments
- Manage containerised applications using Docker and orchestration tools
- Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability practices
- Improve system performance, availability, and cost efficiency
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g. AWS CDK, Terraform or similar)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development and deployment workflows
- Promote DevOps best practices across the engineering function
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role
- Strong experience with AWS services
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. AWS CDK, Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Strong understanding of system reliability, performance, and security
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
