Enso Recruitment is working in partnership with one of NI’s fastest growing software teams to recruit for a Software Delivery Manager. They have enjoyed a rapid rise towards the establishment of a global platform for their sustainability-tech that is firmly footed within the tech for good domain.
We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager with a balance of experience across programme management, project management and product management to help plan the delivery of new product features. If you want to take on a key role helping drive the next phase of growth for a globally scaling team, this could be the role for you.
The Role: This is a wide ranging role that will incorporate an understanding of products, features, interactions, utilisation, configurations, customer deployments, services, architecture and roadmap determinations. You'll lead roadmap planning and other delivery areas, including defining scope, resource needs, timelines, and milestones. You'll track progress, communicate plans, and report on status and risks. As a stakeholder to development teams, you'll support prioritisation, clarify features, and provide context on solutions, customers, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Heads of Delivery, Engineering Managers, Account Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and engineering teams across the business
- Understand delivery structures, team capacity, and organisational setup
- Gain insight into product capabilities and services across multiple customers
- Support prioritisation of delivery plans with input from customers, engineering, and business teams
- Maintain awareness of customer deployments, including site and sensor coverage
- Identify delivery options based on feature requirements and available resources
- Coordinate with engineering leads and teams on project and product execution
- Align with product teams to track feature status — scope, quality, and readiness
- Ensure clear, timely communication across all stakeholders
- Support estimation of delivery timelines and associated costs
- Own and manage high-level delivery plans and track/report progress
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes
