I am currently working with an NI based team who are looking for an experienced web developer to join the team. The company are looking for someone who is happy to come in and be one of the only Shopify developers in the team. You will work closely alongside the graphic designer and sales teams. The team require someone who can work on-site 4 days per-week. This is a great opportunity to move into one of the most successful online platforms in Ireland. They are open to mid-senior level candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Build, customise and maintain responsive Shopify websites
- Develop and implement custom themes, features, and third-party integrations
- Optimise site performance, speed, and UX across devices
- Work closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into functional, user-friendly storefronts
- Troubleshoot and debug across multiple browsers and devices
- Stay up to date with the latest Shopify and ecommerce trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing Shopify stores
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating
- Experience with Shopify APIs and third-party app integrations
- A keen eye for design and user experience
