The Opportunity
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced QA professional who wants to work on complex, high-impact systems at genuine scale.
You'll be a key voice for quality within a collaborative Agile team, helping to shape testing strategy, drive automation, and embed best practices from the ground up.

- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation efforts, ensuring robust and reliable test coverage at every stage
- Collaborate with global development, BA, and QA teams to plan and execute test strategies effectively
- Drive BDD and TDD practices, working closely with Product Owners and Developers to embed quality early
- Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices around unit testing, code reviews, and acceptance criteria
- Provide clear, actionable reporting on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
- Continuously evaluate and experiment with new tools and methodologies to improve quality processes
