Enso Recruitment is growing, and we are actively recruiting for Senior & Principal level Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The Role
Our high-performing Consultants are experts in their field, well connected across the tech sector and motivated by success to drive great outcomes for our clients and candidates. As a Consultant, your role will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Finding and engaging the best candidates in the market and building trusted relationships with them.
- Account Management: Developing established relationships with your clients to build long-term, successful partnerships.
- Business Development: Engaging new companies and key decision makers to forge new successful relationships.
- Recruitment Marketing: Using social media to promote your personal brand, your live roles, your clients, and your candidates to the market.
- Recruitment Administration: Ensuring you are effective at updating information in our recruitment systems.
- Hitting Revenue Targets: Ensure you are meeting and exceeding your agreed revenue targets consistently.
What are we looking for?
Our preference would be for candidates who have an established background in IT Recruitment, and a proven track record of building successful relationships with candidates and clients along with maintaining a high performing desk.
However, we are open to engaging successful Recruitment Consultants from any discipline who are interested in forging a recruitment career within the tech sector.
Aside from your background, we look for:
- Proven ability to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Self-motivated individuals who are proactive and have a will to win
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and computer literate
- Experience with CRM/ATS Systems and strong administration skills
- You take pride in and value your personal brand within the industry
- You are organised and effective at planning and executing excellently to achieve your targets
Salary and Package
- Competitive Base Salary: Senior: Up to £30k, Principal: Up to £40k
- Commission: Paid monthly between 10% and 20% of all billings (uncapped)
- Super Bonuses: £5k – £10k based on agreed targets
