Enso Recruitment are excited to be working with a fast-growing enterprise SaaS business who are continuing to scale their marketing function and are now looking to hire their first dedicated Product Marketing Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced product marketer who thrives on ownership and wants to make a real commercial impact. You'll be the bridge between product and commercial teams - taking what's being built and making sure the market understands why it matters. It's a role with genuine scope and influence, working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success in a business that's growing fast and building something meaningful in the enterprise financial services space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end launch process for new products and features, from positioning and messaging through to sales readiness.
  • Develop clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers across different personas and use cases.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets that the commercial team find useful.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic competitive intelligence function, keeping Sales, Product, and Leadership informed on market movements.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure product messaging ladders up to the wider company story.
  • Partner cross-functionally to keep launches on track and stakeholders aligned throughout.

About You

  • 3 years' experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Someone who has owned product launches from start to finish and can point to the results.
  • A strong communicator and storyteller who is able to take complex product detail and make it land with a commercial audience.
  • Experienced in creating sales enablement materials that genuinely support the team in winning deals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, lean environment where you're expected to build as much as you execute.
  • Confident working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
