We are currently working with one of our NI based clients to find an Analytics Enablement Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about empowering business users with impactful data solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Empower business users to build and manage their own Power BI reports and dashboards
- Administer and maintain the Power BI environment, including governance, security, and configuration
- Design and implement data solutions that deliver actionable insights
- Deliver user training on Power BI tools (beginner to advanced)
- Optimize existing Power BI reports for performance and user experience
- Create and maintain documentation including technical specs and user guides
- Mentor junior team members, providing technical support and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in a data visualization or business intelligence role, with a focus on Power BI
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Expertise in Power BI administration (e.g., workspaces, data gateways, tenant settings)
- Familiarity with Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric
- Proficient in DAX and data modelling concepts
- Solid SQL skills
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Experience in designing and delivering end-user training for Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
