Enso Recruitment is working with a leading technology and cyber security organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit for an experienced Cyber Security Pre-Sales Consultant to drive growth across enterprise and public sector accounts. This is a high-impact role for a proven cyber security solutions professional who has experience working in partnership with client organisations to help them to progress along their cyber security roadmap. You'll work with senior decision-makers, build strategic customer relationships and help organisations strengthen their security posture through innovative solutions. If you have deep cyber security domain knowledge combined with the ability to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, this could be the role for you.
The Role
Working in partnership with Account Management teams, you'll be responsible for engaging on high-value cyber security opportunities with public and large private sector organisations across a broad portfolio of services and solutions. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll help shape security strategies, understand business challenges and deliver solutions that create real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow cyber security solutions for client organisations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and security leaders
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers
- Lead complex client engagements from initial discovery through to contract award
- Collaborate with solution architects, bid teams and delivery functions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging threats and competitor activity
- Contribute to account strategies and business growth plans
Experience Required
- Proven success in cyber security solutions with enterprise or public sector organisations
- Track record of consulting with client organisations to develop and deliver major cyber security transformation projects
- Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and managed services including but not limited to SOC, SIEM, Cloud and Data Security
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs and board-level decision makers
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex procurement and sales processes
