Enso Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing international organisation who are continuing to invest in their people function and employee experience. They are now seeking an HR Advisor to join their Belfast team and support a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing operational HR responsibilities with people-focused initiatives, working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Working closely with senior HR stakeholders, you'll support a wide range of activities including onboarding, employee relations, HR systems administration, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. This role offers excellent exposure across multiple areas of HR and would suit someone looking to further develop their career within a supportive and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide first-line support for employee HR queries and escalate issues where appropriate
- Support employee relations activities and case administration as required
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with compliance activities, audits, absence tracking, and HR reporting requirements
- Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems (HRIS)
- Act as a point of contact for HRIS-related queries and coordinate issue resolution where required
- Collect, analyse, and organise HR data to support reporting and business decision-making
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the wider HR function
About You
- 1-2 years' experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Advisor, or similar HR support role
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of core HR processes and UK employment legislation
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and reporting
- Proactive, service-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to build effective working relationships across different teams and stakeholders
