As a Graduate Project Manager, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, supporting the delivery of successful projects. You will empower Scrum Teams, assist in removing obstacles, and ensure that projects remain on track. Your responsibilities will include tracking work progress, setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and identifying and mitigating risks to facilitate seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to drive project delivery and empower Scrum Teams.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Delegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure completion.
- Identify and address potential risks, proposing mitigations where necessary.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Support Agile practices and promote continuous improvement within teams.
