Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business in the financial services space who are looking to bring on a dedicated Demand Generation Manager on board.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketer who enjoys building things from the ground up and wants genuine ownership of a demand generation function. You'll lead the Account-Based Marketing strategy from scratch, working closely with Sales to drive measurable pipeline impact across a portfolio of priority accounts. This role is ideal for someone who's equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling their sleeves up to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tiered ABM programmes targeting priority accounts across new logo and whitespace opportunities
  • Build quarterly campaign plans using intent signals and account data from HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Develop campaign briefs, assets, and playbooks to ensure a seamless handoff between marketing and sales
  • Coordinate bespoke landing pages, email sequences, and webinars to support campaign execution
  • Build dashboards to track ABM engagement, pipeline influence, meetings booked, and opportunities created
  • Deliver clear, regular reporting that demonstrates programme ROI and informs ongoing strategy
  • Use Gong insights to identify patterns in buyer behaviour, objections, and wins
  • Support customer marketing through nurture programmes for at-risk and expansion accounts

About You

  • 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering pipeline results through ABM or enterprise account programmes
  • A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Confident reviewing call data and translating insights into content and sequences that resonate with buyers
  • A strong collaborator who works well within small, cross-functional teams
  • Self-directed and fully comfortable working remotely
