Enso Recruitment is working with a leading technology and cyber security organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit for an experienced Cyber Security Sales Specialist to drive growth across enterprise and public sector accounts. This is a high-impact role for a proven cyber security sales professional who has experience winning and developing large, complex opportunities. You'll work with senior decision-makers, build strategic customer relationships and help organisations strengthen their security posture through innovative solutions.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing high-value cyber security opportunities with public and private sector organisations across a broad portfolio of services and solutions.
- Working closely with customers and internal technical teams, you'll help shape security strategies, understand business challenges and deliver solutions that create real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow security revenue across named accounts
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and security leaders
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Lead complex sales engagements from initial discovery through to contract award
- Collaborate with solution architects, bid teams and delivery functions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging threats and competitor activity
- Contribute to account strategies and business growth plans
Experience Required
- Proven success selling cyber security solutions into enterprise or public sector organisations
- Track record of delivering multi-million-pound deals
- Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and managed services
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs and board-level contacts
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex procurement and sales processes
Security Solutions Knowledge
