Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with a leading NI business, to recruit for the role of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building the company's business pipeline in Northern Ireland, within new and existing accounts.
The Role
- Build a robust pipeline of new business through targeted outreach.
- Work with the existing sales team to identify new opportunities within current clients.
- Develop and implement effective selling strategies to grow new business.
- Develop new revenues through new customer and partner engagement.
- Maintain and communicate information on market trends and competitor activities.
- Work with and support sector marketing activities, events and campaigns to identify and develop new customer engagement.
- Ensure customer needs are met and exceeded on a regular basis.
- Target key businesses and grow the NI customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Build and develop an accurate customer/prospect pipeline via Microsoft Dynamics.
- Build a detailed knowledge of products and services and be able to articulate solutions to customers.
The Person
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Degree educated.
- Minimum of 5 years in telecommunications and/or ICT major account sales environment.
- Able to demonstrate pedigree of winning deals in ICT and telecommunications.
- Confidence and ability to build people networks.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills required.
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm.
- Self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
