Enso Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with a well-established, global technology organisation who are continuing to grow their People function and are now looking to bring a Talent Acquisition Specialist into their Belfast-based team.
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to build real, end-to-end experience within a fast-paced, global Talent function. You'll work closely with a Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting hiring across a range of technical and non-technical roles at pace. No two weeks look the same here. It's a role that suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a great experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from initial sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand what they're looking for and build effective sourcing approaches around each brief.
- Build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
- Proactively flag pipeline gaps or bottlenecks and suggest process improvements where you spot them.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies supporting global hiring across the UK, US, and India.
- Help track and report on key recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement across the function.
- Keep job postings accurate and up to date across all relevant platforms.
- Support hiring events and initiatives aimed at growing brand visibility and expanding the candidate pool.
About You
- 1-3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with some exposure to the technology sector.
- 1-2 years' agency recruiting experience, with a solid understanding of how to source and manage candidates across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiar with direct sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Greenhouse is a bonus.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A strong communicator - confident building relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Professional and discreet, with a genuine respect for confidentiality.
