They are now seeking a Software Delivery Manager to take ownership of planning and delivering product features and customer enhancements across their platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role at the centre of engineering delivery, working across multiple teams to ensure high-quality software is delivered efficiently and in line with business priorities.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, high-impact role sitting across engineering, product, and customer delivery, combining elements of programme management, project management, and product coordination. You'll take ownership of delivery planning and execution, working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure features are scoped, prioritised, and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of product features and customer enhancements
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to plan and prioritise delivery
  • Create and manage delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
  • Track progress across multiple teams, identifying risks and ensuring mitigation plans are in place
  • Act as a key stakeholder to engineering teams on delivery performance (velocity, quality, scope)
  • Support backlog refinement, feature clarification, and roadmap planning
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and outputs
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout delivery
  • Contribute to estimation of timelines, effort, and resource requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency

About You

  • 5+ years experience in a software delivery, product delivery, or engineering delivery role
  • Strong experience across Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Experience working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clarity across complex delivery environments
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
