They are continuing to grow their high-performing technical team and are now seeking an IT Operations & Commercial Specialist to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-scaling, product-led environment where you'll play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of a growing engineering function.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the intersection of IT operations, compliance, and commercial support, helping to ensure systems, processes, and infrastructure are secure, efficient, and audit-ready. This role offers real ownership across operational processes, with the opportunity to shape how the business approaches security, governance, and internal systems as it continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, including ISO27001 and related operational frameworks
- Assist with the coordination of DORA readiness and wider regulatory alignment across technical operations
- Manage IT lifecycle processes, including hardware procurement, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation, evidence logs, and internal records to support audit readiness
- Support the use and management of MDM solutions across company devices
- Coordinate with internal teams to translate compliance requirements into practical operational processes
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery
- Help design efficient internal workflows that improve security and operational consistency without slowing down delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement across IT operations, governance, and internal systems
About You
- 3+ years experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, or GRC-focused roles
- Practical understanding of ISO27001, with the ability to support related processes, documentation, and audit readiness
- Familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) or similar regulatory frameworks would be highly beneficial
- Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions and a strong technical grounding
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience supporting operational processes in a growing or fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
