Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to take ownership of paid search strategy and performance across a range of accounts. This is a senior role suited to someone who enjoys driving measurable results, working closely with clients, and shaping best-practice paid search strategies within a collaborative, data-driven agency environment.
The Opportunity
Youll be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid search campaigns, from strategy and setup through to optimisation, reporting, and performance improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning paid search strategy, delivery, and performance for a portfolio of clients
- Building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Implementing robust tracking, conversion measurement, and ongoing campaign testing
- Producing clear, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with wider digital strategies
- Staying up to date with Google Ads updates, tools, and best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of paid search standards and processes
About You
- Strong commercial experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in paid search management
- Fully Google-certified across relevant Ads certifications
- Proven track record of delivering strong, measurable ROI
- Highly analytical, confident working with performance data and insights
- Able to manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and strategic focus
- Comfortable communicating performance and strategy to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
